We operate as a small family bath & beauty boutique, specialising in handcrafted soap and we know that at times it can appear, that our online shop is out of stock. However, this is done with purpose, because we create in small batches, so we can ensure we maintain quality, as well as keeping up with the growing demands of your most favourite products.
By offering pre-order purchasing, you are always guaranteed access to these in demand goodies and have confidence, when you pre-order any of our pure & natural soap bars, they are made for you fresh and are received at their highest quality.
We have found over time that by offering pre-order options, we are able to better forecast & keep up with product demand for our customers. We are able to plan the ever changing size of our monthly production runs and most importantly stock control, the turning over of stock and all the other various house-keeping duties that come with running a successful small business.
In practicing this business principle, we are always able to ensure that all the wholesome ingredients that go into our skin loving products, are available to you throughout the whole year, and are of the highest quality & freshness for you.
At Sweet Earth Products we use traditional soap making processes which include curing our handmade soap bars for anywhere between 4 - 8 weeks; our handcrafted liquid soap, we like to dilute slowly over several days, to create a premium product for you.
To ensure you are able to secure any of our out-of-stock products in a timely process, we encourage people to pre-order, especially before those peak seasonal times of year come around.
Once you have placed your pre-order, you will received an email advising an expected date that your items will be shipped, from here you can choose whether you would like your pre-ordered products dispatched separately from your in-stock items (at no additional postage charge), or dispatched together when your pre-ordered product is ready.
