Shipping & Policy Information

Our shipping policies are designed to ensure a delightful and hassle-free experience for our customers. We offer Australia-wide shipping, striving to deliver your order promptly and securely. We take great care in packaging each product to guarantee its safe arrival at your doorstep. Whether you're near or far, trust Sweet Earth Products to bring a touch of nature's beauty right to you.

Shipping & Delivery

 

Lead Times

Online retail orders ship out from our farm within 7 to 14 business days after payment has been received for your order.

Some items are made to order and will ship out within 1-5 weeks of our receipt of your order. Those items are large packs, bulk purchases and wholesale orders, and are all indicated in their item listings.

Shipping

All orders ship via Australia Post. Once the package has been shipped, Sweet Earth Products is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact Australia Post directly for any issues regarding your shipment. Your tracking order will be supplied in your store management dashboard when you log in to the website.

Returned Orders

If your shipment comes back to our farm for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses.

Local Pick-Up

You can buy and collect products from us in person at the markets. To view where we'll be and when check out our market information here.

International Orders

International orders are up to the owners discretion based on legitimacy of enquiry, to avoid the potential of scammers. If approved, a quote will be provided to international customer for items and postage costs, payment is to be made within 5 days of receipt of invoice before order is processed. If payment not received within 5 days, your  order will be immediately cancelled. Additional items are to be advised before finalisation of order in online shop. If additional items are added after quote is provided, a tax invoice will be raised and sent for additional postage weight & size changes (if any), to be paid. Order/s will not be shipped until additional postage charges are paid. Refunds will be provided for total amount of original order only. Sweet Earth Products will not be responsible for any extra international exchange charges and or taxes etc. To place an order to ship outside of Australia, please contact us with your order items. We will quoted you with the items and shipping cost. Orders will ship after payment is received.

 

Damaged, Lost or Delayed parcels

Sweet Earth Products is not responsible for loss or damage to packages in transit. To file a damage claim, fill out the following forms for Australia Post. You may need to retain the package until the claim is approved. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

Discount Codes / Coupons

All purchases made with a discount code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you have any issues with a discount code, please get in touch with us before checking out.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange requests must be received within seven days of receiving your order in the mail, or within seven days of purchase directly from us at a market.

To process a return or exchange an item, items must be in new, unused and untampered condition.

The buyer is responsible for paying for any additional return and exchange shipping costs. 

All items purchased on sale or with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes orders with free shipping.

To qualify for a refund, items must be received back at our farm within two weeks of your original receipt of the package in new, unused condition, in all original packaging.

Upon receipt of products, we will issue a refund equal to the price paid for product or ship exchange goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot process returns or exchanges for our products purchased from secondary retailers.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are not eligible for a refund. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, and not after. To exchange product, items must be in new, unused condition in all original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for additional exchange shipping fees.
